Miki Petillo

Mikala Petillo (aka Miki P) is a musician, artist, and performer from Kansas City. Her musical roots stem from classic to modern rock and pop, but she loves to explore all genres and believes there’s always something new to learn in any style of music. She has focused her teenage and adult life on honing her craft as a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and performer.

Over the last decade, Mikala has spent time on stages across the country playing drums, bass, guitar, singing, sharing her original music, and connecting with audiences in between songs. She’s equipped not only to teach students what they need to know to play their instrument, but how to present it to the world in a way that allows them to show up as their authentic, honest selves. She’s eager to help students learn while finding their own voice along the way.
