Vince Buzzelli is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Saxophone Performance at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. An educator and performer, Vince maintains an active teaching and performing schedule along with his studies at the Conservatory. As an enthusiastic teacher, he takes a student-centered approach to instruction and strives to allow the student to become the musician they want to be. He has experience teaching groups and individual woodwind students in both the classical and jazz/pop/rock realms of music. As a performer, Vince is the baritone saxophone player in the Eleventh Hour Quartet, comprised of graduate saxophone students at the conservatory, and has appeared in chamber masterclasses by Clifford Leaman, Masahito Sugihara, and Manuel Martinez. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Music Education from The College of New Jersey.
